WELCOME TO OUR HOME YOGA PLATFORM
All of our classes are recorded at Santillán Retreat in Spain. Initially the vast majority of classes are taught by Simon Low and Yoga Academy teachers.
There are many short practices that are free to view, with premium content available by subscription or pay-per-class.
To experience our online classes simply register with our service.
We are currently offering a 10 day free trial on all subscription classes.

Led Class for all Levels
A guided practice for all levels of experience. This class is free to view for all as many times as you like.
I recommend that you repeat this practice over a period of time to deepen your experience.

140 Minute Somatics Class 2
There are two Somatics led practices listed and we highly recommend that you each explore these detailed and delicious led-practices, both of which can be experienced in durations of your choice if you are unable to dedicate the time for the complete practice. If you are able to give yourself the full duration I am very confident that you will receive immense benefit from both of these long class recordings. This is the second of the two.

ASANA CLASS FOR AFTERNOONS & EVENINGS – 55 MINUTES
Featuring Supta Padangusthasana, this hour-long class with a full savasana is good for afternoons and evenings, or mornings when you don’t wish to incorporate standing postures in your practice.
Guided Asana Practice with Ujjayi Breath – 52’
This class promotes awareness and use of calm ujjayi breathing, when appropriate, within the practice.
Yoga Vinyasa with Ruth McNeil
Vinyasa Flow class taught by Ruth McNeil at the Santillán Retreat yoga studio.
Ruth is joined by fellow Yoga Academy friends Vikki Stevenson and Naomi Watts.
Predominantly standing vinyasa practice
A ninety-minute vinyasa practice emphasising rotation in standing and lying asana.
Dizzy Bird Class
A led-practice for all levels. Dizzy Bird is a predominantly-kneeling sequence that we begin our class with.
Led-Practice with shoulderstand
A dynamic standing practice leading toward a supported shoulderstand.
Led Practice at Santillan – 75′
A 75 minute class led by Simon Low and filmed in the Sántillan sala. Energising with a gentle beginning, good for weekend mornings.
Led Practice at Santillan 90′
A 90 minute class led by Simon Low and filmed in the Sántillan sala. Joint mobilisation followed by a yang practice.
Movement is Medicine
Simon and the Yoga Academy are renowned for a safe, accessible and fresh approach toward cultivating a balanced personal yoga practice. We emphasise yin & yang through helpful alignment, circular and spiral movement patterns, joint care, breathwork and meditation along with the internal science of our energetic self.
