All of our classes are recorded at Santillán Retreat in Spain. Initially the vast majority of classes are taught by Simon Low and Yoga Academy teachers.
There are many short practices that are free to view, with premium content available by subscription or pay-per-class.

If you are able to give yourself the full duration I am very confident that you will receive immense benefit from both of these long class recordings. This is the second of the two.
